Cleaning
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild dish soap after each use.
Avoid soaking or leaving items in standing water—excess moisture can lead to warping or cracking over time.
For chopping boards, use a mixture of lemon and salt to deep-clean and deodorize naturally.
Drying
Air-dry upright or on a rack immediately after cleaning.
Do not put teak items in the dishwasher or leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Oiling
Every 3–4 Weeks or as Needed.
Use food-safe mineral oil or a teak conditioner to nourish the wood.
Apply a generous amount with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Let it soak in overnight, then wipe off any excess in the morning.
This helps prevent drying, cracking, and keeps the wood rich and vibrant.

Stain & Odor Removal
Sprinkle coarse salt on the surface and scrub with half a lemon.
Rinse lightly and dry thoroughly.
For stubborn stains, lightly sand the area with fine-grit sandpaper, then re-oil.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
Avoid stacking heavy items on top of boards or trays to prevent warping.
